Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Back-ordered items will ship promptly upon receipt from manufacturer
using a standard shipping method only. Pending payment verification, rush orders received by AthletesU.com
will be shipped the same business day.

• 3-5 Business Days (Standard Delivery): Continental US only, Sent via USPS or other package carrier.
$4.99 flat rate.
• 2-3 Business Days (Rush Delivery): Continental US only, Standard Shipping charge plus $7.99
• For all orders shipping outside of the continental US, you will be contacted by AthletesU.com with actual shipping charges
before order is processed.
P.O. Boxes
Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. Please make sure the shipping address includes a street address. When your order is received we validate your address with the USPS. If your address is not valid, we may email you to re-check to make sure the address was entered correctly.
Sales Tax (Georgia only)
For delivery in GA, 7% sales tax is charged.
Return Policy
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a
full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within sixty (30) days of receipt of the item(s).

Be sure to let us know why you are returning the item(s) and include either your packing slip or write your order number on the
outside of the package to ensure prompt credit.
Please note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an
error made by AthletesU.com.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must
be
in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags
will be
returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Underwear, Customized and personalized items are not
returnable.
Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier
for the return shipment. |
