1. Make sure you purchased a Paid Plan. 2. Sign into your account and enter your credentials by selecting the "log in" drop down menu option on the top menu bar. 3. When you're a signed in All Access member, you will see the "courses" menu option. Select Courses and you will now see four more pages with all four phases of content available for you to begin building your athletic foundation. 4. Enjoy!
